1. Platform Purpose

adsfloo is a self-publishing advertising and discovery platform. Users may post adverts for services, products, events, campaigns, professional visibility, and banner placements.

2. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, availability, pricing, claims, contact details, media, links, and promises contained in their adverts or banners.

3. No Endorsement

adsfloo does not automatically endorse, guarantee, certify, employ, partner with, or represent any advertiser, business, service provider, product, event, campaign, or offer displayed on the platform.

4. Free Adverts

Free adverts run for 7 days. This renewal rule helps keep adsfloo free from outdated posts, unavailable persons, inactive businesses, unserious advertisers, and abandoned listings.

5. Premium Adverts

Premium adverts receive enhanced visibility based on the selected plan. Premium visibility does not guarantee sales, customers, calls, clicks, revenue, contracts, employment, attendance, or any specific result.

6. Banner Campaigns

Banner campaigns are paid homepage placements. Users must upload suitable media within the maximum allowed size for the selected placement. Editing a banner does not restart or extend the paid period.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. adsfloo may rely on payment verification before activating premium adverts or banners. Users must ensure payment information and advert details are correct before confirming payment.

8. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once a paid advert, premium placement, boost, or banner campaign has been activated, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by adsfloo after review.

No refund is guaranteed for user mistakes, wrong uploads, wrong information, change of mind, low performance, pause, deactivation, expired duration, or failure to use the full paid period.

9. Prohibited Content

• Fraudulent, misleading, fake, deceptive, or impersonating adverts.
• Illegal goods, illegal services, or regulated items without lawful authorization.
• Weapons, dangerous substances, hate, violence, harassment, exploitation, or abuse.
• Pornographic, sexually exploitative, or harmful content.
• Scams, pyramid schemes, fake investment offers, or suspicious money-making claims.
• Content that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or consumer protection rights.
• Political, medical, financial, legal, or regulated claims that violate applicable laws.

10. Moderation Rights

adsfloo may edit, reject, limit, pause, suspend, deactivate, remove, or delete any account, advert, banner, content, or campaign where we believe it violates these terms, creates legal risk, affects user safety, affects platform trust, or harms adsfloo’s operations.

11. Pause, Resume, Deactivation, and Suspension

Users may pause certain adverts or banners and resume them if still within their valid active period. User deactivation is permanent from the user side and may not be reversible without admin assistance.

Admin suspension is a moderation action. If adsfloo suspends an account, advert, or banner, the user cannot reactivate it independently and must contact support.

12. Third-Party Dealings

All interactions, negotiations, payments, meetings, services, deliveries, and agreements between users are strictly between those users. adsfloo is not a party to user-to-user transactions.

13. No Guarantee of Results

adsfloo does not guarantee impressions, clicks, customers, sales, attendance, employment, revenue, business growth, or any specific outcome from free adverts, premium adverts, boosts, shares, or banners.

14. Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. adsfloo is not responsible for losses caused by compromised accounts due to user negligence.

15. Availability

adsfloo may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, hosting issues, third-party services, security events, or technical failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, adsfloo, its owners, operators, staff, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for losses, damages, disputes, claims, injuries, failed transactions, fraud by users, or reliance on user-posted content.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold adsfloo harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your content, adverts, actions, violations, transactions, or misuse of the platform.

18. Changes to Terms

adsfloo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
